Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    Fabulous!

    Oh my goodness is this fabulous! I use it not only at work (12 hr shifts in a 24 hr a day facility), but also used it on vacation at the ocean! I can use it with my credit card, license, folded up money, the lanyard, lip balm (lip balm holder), and keys attached (either by the lanyard or the attachment for a loop on pants! Hands free could never be better! I even gave my sister all of the attachments and a lanyard so she could also be hands free during our vacation! She plans to use it regularly while shopping and / or looking for antiques at home! Thread, you made my week that much easier not having to worry about a purse or bag getting in the way! Thank you 😊

    Beautiful but unsafe for my needs

    I'm a huge fan of most Thread products that I've tried. They are all well-made and beautiful. I was gifted this lanyard from a friend and it is lovely.

    However, I work in education and while this neck lanyard is soft and comfortable for my ID and work keys, it is dangerous for it to not to have a breakaway buckle. As such, I cannot use it for its intended purpose and will have to regift it to someone else.

    Please consider making a breakaway version for those of us in Education!
